Volunteers are part of the daily life of MVMPCS. Family time and community support help classrooms, events, materials, gardens, governance, and the practical work that keeps a public charter school strong.

30Hours for two-parent/guardian households
10Hours for single-parent/guardian households

Tell us how you would like to help

The volunteer interest form helps MVMPCS match family interests, skills, and availability with school needs. Volunteering matters because it gives students more support, helps teachers with hands-on work, and strengthens the community partnership that charter schools depend on.

  • Share classroom, event, committee, grounds, or skill-based interests
  • Complete the annual FCPS volunteer application and built-in training before working directly with students or when students are present
  • Log completed volunteer time after serving
