Student Support Services

Counseling and Social Emotional Support

Our school counselor provides individual and small group support for students who need help with emotional regulation, peer relationships, conflict resolution, or personal challenges. Classroom teachers also integrate social emotional learning and peace education into daily lessons.

Special Education and 504 Services

We offer a full continuum of special education services and accommodations for students with identified needs. Our special education team and 504 coordinator partner with families to create individualized plans that support student success.

Academic Support

Teachers provide small group lessons, individualized instruction, and Montessori based interventions for students who need extra help mastering skills or building confidence in the classroom.

Connections to Community Resources

When needed, we work with families to connect them with community based services, including mental health supports, food assistance, housing resources, and other programs offered through Frederick County agencies.
